Responsibilities
- Lead project start-up, implementation, review and close-out
- Translate approved plans into clear team responsibilities and deadlines
- Chair regular project reviews and resolve delivery bottlenecks
- Conduct regular field visits to verify implementation quality
- Oversee transparent, needs-based and protection-sensitive targeting
- Ensure beneficiary data are secure and in line with requirements
- Lead documented readiness reviews for each MPCA cycle
- Coordinate FSP performance, payment schedules and reconciliation
- Monitor expenditure, forecasts and budget variances
- Directly supervise the project team and set objectives
