• MD qualification or advanced degree in Public Health
• Humanitarian and development contexts experience
• Technical knowledge in nutrition and sexual health
• Results-based management approaches and strategic planning
• Developing funding proposals and technical reports
• Analytical, organisational, and coordination skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition of the country strategy
• Design, plan, implement, adapt and monitor health activities
• Ensure quality and relevance of health activities
• Recruit, manage, train, and motivate the medical team
• Ensure the management of pharmaceutical products
• Carry out health needs assessments and evaluations
• Cooperate with administration regarding budgeting and supervise purchases
• Represent MdM with authorities, partners and other NGOs
• Participate in writing proposals and reports
