Responsibilities
- Propose and develop a sector-based strategy
- Conduct or oversee diagnostics in the field of WASH
- Validate technical approaches, design and methodologies
- Provide technical and methodological support to program managers
- Ensure implementation respects operational strategy and donor criteria
- Contribute to proposals and concept notes
- Develop technical guidance and SOPs
- Conduct field visits and recommend program adjustments
- Document lessons learned and best practices
- Represent SI in technical coordination meetings and clusters
