- Monitor implementation of the assistance program
- Monitor and review food deliveries and storage
- Conduct community level head counts
- Supervise efficient distribution of food items
- Undertake post distribution monitoring
- Conduct market price data collection
- Collect information and assess NGO capacity
- Ensure Field Level Agreement compliance
- Provide accurate reports to the Team Leader
