Responsibilities
- Implement the approved project MEAL plan
- Develop and adapt project-specific monitoring tools
- Support the establishment and maintenance of an accurate beneficiary database
- Conduct data-quality checks on beneficiary registration
- Support independent verification and deduplication processes
- Conduct regular field monitoring visits to project locations
- Monitor cash-transfer processes in coordination with the Project Manager
- Design and conduct post-distribution monitoring
- Analyze monitoring and PDM data to identify trends
- Monitor progress against project indicators and targets
- Support the implementation of ADO's AAP and CFM
- Maintain the confidentiality of complaints and feedback records
- Collect and analyze beneficiary feedback
- Ensure monitoring applies informed consent and confidentiality
- Ensure monitoring activities are appropriate for vulnerable groups
- Prepare timely and accurate MEAL reports
- Maintain organized and secure MEAL documentation
- Follow up on agreed corrective actions
- Participate in project review meetings
- Support project reporting and close-out
