Responsibilities
- Manage existing structures and processes in Supply Chain, Administration, ICT, and Field Coordination
- Implement standard IRC processes including procurement planning, distribution planning, and project cycle management
- Stabilize operations and ICT teams to ensure compliance and cost control
- Strengthen operational support provided to IRC partners
- Lead planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems
- Establish and maintain robust data management systems and processes
- Support program expansion and field office operations setup
- Develop and submit consolidated monthly spending plans for field activities
