Responsibilities
- Provide skilled community-level reproductive health and maternal services
- Identify pregnancy and maternal complications at an early stage
- Facilitate timely referral to designated EmONC facilities
- Conduct community outreach and health education
- Support access to essential reproductive health commodities and supplies
- Provide ANC, PNC and family planning counselling and services
- Provide skilled care during normal childbirth
- Provide essential newborn care and counselling
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided
