Responsibilities

• Implement the M/E work plan and improve program quality
• Collect and manage program output and outcome data
• Conduct data analysis and carry out M/E activities in the field
• Mainstream Global M/E Guidelines across field-level activities
• Promote Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse standards
• Participate in needs assessments and organize enumerator training
• Develop or adapt data collection tools and facilitate translation
• Maintain IPTT to track output, outcome, and impact indicators
• Conduct periodic data quality audits and mitigate data pitfalls
• Perform data cleaning and univariate and bivariate data analysis
