Responsibilities

Develop and update the detailed implementation plan
Identify professional training needs for health and nutrition staff
Responsible for procurement of drug, medical supply, and equipment
Develop distribution plan and execute with full transparency
Update monthly pipeline as per actual activities
Participate in developing program monitoring and evaluation framework
Regular supervision of staff, employees, consultants, and volunteers
Ensure provision of Primary Health and Nutrition Care services
Provide regular supervision of health and nutrition operations
Organize and conduct regular monitoring visits to all field sites
Supervise referrals from Primary Health Care clinics
Participate in recruitment and performance evaluations
Supervise and analyze program expenditures monthly
Collaborate with field team for effective implementation
Organize and chair coordination meetings with national partners
Coordinate Primary Health Care service activities
Monitor evolving needs of target communities
Identify opportunities for program development
Participate in development of project proposals
Promote positive leadership through internal coordination
Liaise with relevant health and nutrition clusters
Build collaborative partnerships with UN-Agencies and NGO partners
Ensure warehouse spot checks are conducted
Integrate MEAL approaches and activities into program plans
