Responsibilities
- Support emergency field teams to undertake site assessments and WASH interventions
- Coordinate with field teams in monitoring assessments and distributions to IDPs and host communities
- Collect information on overall services available at IDP sites
- Monitor WASH interventions and activities conducted by partners
- Assist in coordinating work distribution and monitor staff progress
- Ensure assessment and verification forms are completed correctly
- Support in WASH infrastructure design, BOQ, and feasibility analysis
- Organize daily staff, track attendance, and coordinate with HR
- Build capacity and train field staff on WASH assessments
- Maintain positive relationships with beneficiaries and community leaders
- Assist in administrative duties including preparation of PRs and PRFs
