Responsibilities
- Analyze programme implementation approaches and performance data with PMs
- Provide technical guidance to programme teams
- Review donor, government, and internal reports
- Conduct monitoring visits and technical reviews
- Provide training and on-the-job coaching to field staff
- Assist in the integration of health and nutrition activities
- Ensure timely budget follow-up, support on procurement, and HR needs
- Manage ongoing partnership with the Ministry of Health
- Contribute to proposal development and donor reporting
- Represent ACF in thematic forums
