- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 4 years working experience as a Finance officer
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time-management skills
- Strong ethics and ability to manage confidential data
- English and Arabic language proficiency
Responsibilities
- Maintain complete books of accounts, as per NAHR Finance Manual.
- Check all payment claims to ensure compliance with NAHR policies.
- Ensure that all payments are properly coded to record against active awards.
- Maintain assets and liabilities monthly schedules and reconciliations.
- Signal Finance Manager of any financial risks or fraud activities.
- Assist FC to strengthen internal controls and the environment around it.
- Monitor cash and bank flows on a daily-basis.
- Submit all Internal and external financial reports in a timely manner.
- Prepare and review Bank and cash GLACOS, and financial data entry.
