Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, management and oversight across the consortia
• Oversee and strengthen financial management and internal control systems
• Lead the development, review and consolidation of proposal budgets
• Oversee DRC's financial performance across consortium-funded projects
• Prepare donor financial reports and internal financial reports
• Manage administrative planning and support for the Consortium Management Unit
• Lead financial and administrative risk management across the consortia
• Oversee compliance monitoring through financial reviews and spot checks
• Lead financial and administrative review of sub-grant agreements
• Oversee financial due diligence and capacity assessments of partners
