Responsibilities
- Perform day to day order processing activities
- Manage supply database and supply documentation archiving
- Process orders and requests and communicate status
- Communicate with local suppliers regarding order status and claims
- Encode all E-Rs from requesters via email
- Ensure data quality and regular follow of standard codes
- Perform cleaning of pending data in database weekly and monthly
- Follow up daily tasks on the ordering process
- Perform all donations from project to MOH and other parties
- Support line manager for procurement activities and market analysis
