Responsibilities
- Lead overall program strategy, implementation, and quality across the mission
- Provide guidance to the general coordinator on program priorities
- Supervise project managers and field coordinators to ensure effective delivery
- Monitor humanitarian context and needs to adapt programming
- Oversee the development of proposals, donor reports, and resource mobilization
- Ensure strong program monitoring, data analysis, and timely reporting
- Maintain high standards of program quality, accountability, and compliance
- Promote organizational learning through evaluations and best practices
- Manage, coach, and develop program staff while strengthening team performance
- Represent the mission internally and externally, fostering coordination
