Responsibilities
- Prepare procurement procedures in accordance with rules and manuals
- Prepare Technical Request for Proposals and Tender documents
- Prepare the logistic plan for projects
- Record purchases within NAHR procurement documents
- Monitor purchased materials for proper distribution
- Document, control and execute receipt of supplier invoices
- Match supplier invoices with warehouse purchase orders
- Ensure sound management for fleet and staff movement
- Assist Operations Manager in preparing the procurement plan
- Participate in the Inventory Committee
